Hannah

My beautiful, funny, intelligient cousin Hannah passed away on Thursday. She was only 23 years old. She dealt with 1.5 years of brain cancer with maturity and grace beyond her years. I remember the fun times we had together as kids. She had the best sense of humor and lit up every room she was in. I will remember her always. I will update!

Back to Animal Handling

Yesterday was my first animal handling program back at the natural history museum since February 2020. I was surprised by how quickly I got back into the swing of things. It was pretty nice. There are new coworkers too. I cannot believe I have been an animal handler there for 4 years now.

9/11 20th Anniversary

Yesterday was the 20th anniversary of 9/11. Since I was only 7 on the original date, I do not remember much of the world before then. I do remember all of the news coverage and our assembly at Willow Canyon about it. We really all came together back then, something that could not happen now.

Labor Day 2021

It has been a busy week! Katie is in town and my mom had surgery on her wrist on Thursday. There has been a lot of nice family time and we babysat Davie today.
