Leaving for Denver this week!

I am leaving for Denver on Friday! We will be seeing the Dead Sea Scrolls on Saturday! I am so excited. I also have to get all my graduate work done before I leave for D.C.

Summer Job

I got accepted for the JNSLC job last week! I am so excited to go back to D.C. and teach kids about history and government. I received a disappointing evaluation last week at my teaching gig so I needed to get cheered up. I just need to focus on the kids at not the administration these last two weeks. I also leave for Denver in less than two weeks!

Interview Fail

So I pretty much did not get the NSLC job. I really wanted to travel to D.C. this summer, but it will not happen. At least my master's degree graduation will be there next year. Alas disappointment is a part of life.

Getting into Summer

I am getting into summer. There are only 4 weeks left of teaching. I have applied for more political science internships this weekend, so hopefully I'll get one of them!
